residential projects on the rise

IDS Group is building on their vast experience in residential development with more than 250 successful residential projects, including single family | multifamily residences, affordable housing projects, master planned communities, mixed-use developments, senior and assisted living facilities, high-rise towers, large-scale public institutional projects, residential-related student housing projects, and residential-related military projects.
IDS Group has recently been awarded several residential projects, ranging from three-level buildings to 22-story towers, some including multistory parking structures and elevators. IDS will be providing the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering services, some including optional solar photovoltaic system designs, along with coordination and peer review services. The new residential projects include:
- El Monte Veterans Apartments – El Monte, CA (41 units with 6 unit types, a parking area, and a community / office level)
- Hope LA – Los Angeles, CA (22-story tower)
- Chapman University Packing House– Orange, CA (91,000 SF with over 300 beds, a study hall, a common area, and a dining facility)
- Shea Properties South Main Street Apartments – Milpitas, CA (4,197 SF with 203 units with 14 unit types, a leasing center, a fitness center, amenity rooms, and a parking structure with elevator)
